The Team plan is built for 1 to 30 people. Enterprise covers 30+ people, org-wide programs, SSO, HRIS needs, and custom rollout support. Events & Communities is sized to your attendee or member count rather than seats.

Assessment results are used to support team relationship development, never sold or shared. Enterprise plans include SSO / SAML, SCIM provisioning, data-processing agreements, and role-based admin access. Personality insights are shown to employees themselves, with aggregate-only reporting for admins.
